Zahrat Al Quds is a small, family-run Palestinian restaurant in Sharjah that has quietly earned its reputation as one of the most authentic Levantine tables in the Emirates. The dining room is modest and unfussy, decorated with imagery of Jerusalem and Palestine, and the atmosphere is warmly domestic - the kind of neighbourhood restaurant you find across the region, where the food does the talking and the owners make a point of greeting every table. Sharjah location aside, regulars happily drive from Dubai for dinner here.
The kitchen focuses tightly on Palestinian and Jordanian home cooking, and the short menu is the better for it. Mansaf - the Jordanian lamb-and-rice dish with fermented jameed yogurt - is the clear signature, and it holds its own even against comparisons set in Amman. The musakhan rolls, lightly charred at the edges from the oven, are a masterclass in their form, and the grilled lamb ribs on a bed of almond-strewn rice are genuinely impressive. Maqluba, lamb kabsa and occasional Ramadan specialities round out the repertoire, and meals often open with a complimentary bowl of freekeh soup with shredded chicken - a traditional Palestinian opener that sets the tone. Portions are generous and prices are notably fair for the quality on the plate.
Service is attentive and genuinely warm, with English-speaking staff happy to guide first-time diners through unfamiliar dishes; regulars single out the team by name. Outdoor seating opens up during the cooler months, and the kitchen stays open late, which makes this an easy choice for an unhurried Sharjah dinner or a take-away on the way back to Dubai. Worth knowing: salads and starters are serviceable rather than memorable, and a few Mansaf purists feel it runs slightly below the best Jordanian versions. On the strength of the mains, though, this is as authentic a Palestinian-Jordanian meal as Sharjah currently offers.

If you are fan of Jordanian Mansaf dish (Lamb with rice - Jordan way) you must visit Zahrat Al Quds restaurant in Sharjah which is not far also from Dubai because it's just at the entrance of Sharjah (10 minutes) from Dubai. The restaurant is small owned by Palestinian family , have many decoration related to Palestine and Jerusalem. Food quality and taste are amazing and they are working till late night. I will never miss a quick Mansaf dish at Zahrat Al Quds when I am visiting Dubai.

I was told this was the best place for Mansaf while it was good not as good as what we got in Jordan. Portions are reasonably sized and service is pretty quick
