By using oasis.select, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

The service

oasis.select is a hospitality discovery platform. We aggregate and present information about hotels, restaurants, and spas across the GCC region to help you make informed choices. We are an information service, not a booking platform.

Acceptable use

Use oasis.select for its intended purpose. Don't:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data without written permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' experience

Intellectual property

All content on oasis.select - including text, design, logos, and code - belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Third-party content

Listings, reviews, and ratings may originate from third-party sources. We work to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all third-party information is complete, current, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

oasis.select is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
