The spread is well-judged rather than sprawling, which means quality holds up across the stations. Cold appetisers and salads are reliably fresh, and the hot mains are where the kitchen shines: beef stroganoff, lamb stew, saffron rice, lamb kebabs, chicken tawook, bait fish in white sauce, and beef with oyster sauce all earn repeat visits.
