Al Afadil

Al Afadil is a Sharjah institution for Awadhi kebabs, a small, plainly decorated room tucked off Al Wahda Street that has been quietly turning out the same short menu for decades. The address is unassuming and the signage easy to miss, but regulars drive across the emirate for a handful of dishes done with unusual care. The cooking follows an old Lucknow playbook: finely minced meat, slow coaxing on the tawa, and a kitchen that refuses frozen product.
