From the mains, the Burmese khow suey, curry laksa, crispy Peking duck roll, sweet chilli beef, firecracker salmon, Nasi Goreng and stir-fried pho with wagyu are the dishes that keep coming up, and there are California and dynamite rolls for guests who lean toward sushi. Finish with ice cream mochi or the fluffy Japanese cheesecake. Service is a clear strength. The kitchen team visits tables to check in, the floor remembers returning guests, and the pacing of a multi-course meal feels properly thought through rather than improvised.
