The room reads as bright and spacious rather than intimate, with dedicated kid-friendly stations, a standalone bread counter and a live cooking area outside on the deck for seafood grills. The kitchen is at its steadiest at breakfast. The morning spread is broad, with a full international line, Arab staples, a live egg and waffle station, pastries, cereals and fresh juices. Buffet dinners run a wider range of themes - Arabic, international, seafood grills - with highlights including the live-cook grill for prawns, crab and clams, and a strong dessert programme. Weekend brunch is the other notable sitting, with themed stations, family-friendly options and a dedicated kid's dessert nook. Execution can be uneven on the dinner buffet, and the mix of hot dishes skews toward what is easy to hold - expect the live stations and the salad bar to be the stronger reliable orders, with the themed hot mains varying in quality. Soft drinks are not included in the buffet price. Service is generally friendly and attentive, though the floor can stretch on the busiest weekend sittings.
