Breezes Beach Bar and Terrace is the open-air restaurant at the Hilton Fujairah Resort, set directly onto the sand with the Gulf as its view and an audible soundtrack of waves running under the conversation. The location is its clearest strength: a table here at sunset, the outline of the Hajar mountains behind you, is one of the more picturesque dinner settings on this stretch of the coast, and live acoustic music on select evenings adds a welcome layer.
The menu is straightforward resort fare: mixed grills, burgers, pizzas, chicken wings, prawn and calamari starters, and a handful of wider international plates. Quality when it lands is good - the Australian lamb, mixed grill starters and grilled plates are the sensible orders - and the house can accommodate spice adjustments on request. Prices sit on the higher side for what arrives on the plate, and soft drinks and cocktails run at resort rates.
Service is the unpredictable variable. When the long-serving bar regulars and senior hosts are on, the room runs warmly and remembers room numbers and preferences after a single visit. On busier nights the floor has been known to stretch thin, with longer waits for drinks and a slower pass on food. The sensible plan is to treat Breezes as a sundowner-first destination: arrive for a drink on the terrace, order light rather than ambitious, and let the setting do the heavy work.

For 5 years we have been enjoying this Hilton Indian Ocean restaurant. the location is fabulous, and the sound of the sea, and breezes make it a pleasure sitting here. But we noted a sharp increase in drink and food prices this year, and a deterioration in service. It took for ever to have a pitcher of sangria made (twice same visit, you think they would get it right second time, otherwise do not put on menu). And a glass of prosecco at 40AED is 40% more expensive than the Hilton Al Ain charges. Food is also about 20% more expensive than say Hilton Al Ain. Food when it comes is good.

Amazing view - dining by the beach was the best!! Food was a bit pricey on the side but the view was worth it. Review collected in partnership with this restaurant

We had one meal and a couple of snacks while staying at the hotel. It has a great position right on the beach. At high tide you can watch the crabs on the beach whilst eating. The dishes are all large but rather expensive as are the soft drinks. A pint of beer is 30 dirham ((£5). The mixed starter was really nice - chicken wings, prawns and squid - plenty to share. Overall a nice place for lunch maybe a bit limited choice for dinner Value Service Food Atmosphere Review collected in partnership with this restaurant
