Breakfast covers the expected ground with care: a proper English plate with bacon and sausages, fresh fruit, pastries, a made-to-order omelette station, and shakshouka that regularly draws repeat visits. Lunch and dinner rotate through themed sittings - Arabic, Asian, seafood, and international nights - with cold mezze, salads, carving stations and a dessert counter that is stronger than most resort equivalents.
The kitchen has its high points and its flat ones. Themed seafood evenings and the lamb stew are consistent favourites, while guests on a purely vegetarian line can find the rotation thin on some nights - staff are readily happy to cook off-buffet to order, which closes that gap. Breakfast runs smoothly early and gets busy when the resort is full; patience at the omelette station pays off.
The room is open and spacious, with tables turning quickly during the early dinner rush before settling into a calmer second hour. A warm floor team, with long-serving hosts like Mohit, Amresh and Albert often named by returning guests, anchors the service and accommodates families, dietary requests and high-chair-ready children without fuss. Views is a practical all-day option on property rather than a destination restaurant, and within that brief it delivers reliably.

A pretty standard hotel buffet restaurant catering to the masses (included in all inclusive deals). The themes varied day by day but on the whole there were insufficient vegetarian options. However staff members were helpful - namely chef shrafat and waiters mohit and amresh who were able to make food to meet our requirements at no additional expense. We were thoroughly looked after which made up for the limited vegetarian options. However at peak times such as the weekend you could tell the place was short staffed - drink service became very slow. A shame because otherwise had a very positive experience here.

3 of my friends and I visited the restaurant after scuba diving for 4 hours.. Obviously we were hungry hence we ordered 2 beef burgers, 1 mushroom risotto and 1 mix grill. The beef burger was super duper bland with a bigger bun bread than usual. We had to ask for additives and put aside the top part of the bun to be able to eat the burger. The risotto was salt less and we sent it back to get it corrected. Apparently the chef had forgotten to add salt. Upon return, we had found hair in the risotto and had to discard it. The mix grill was the only thing which was edible just as it is.. Wouldn't expect a restaurant and chefs of this low caliber to be in LE MERIDIAN group of hotels
