Long-tenured bartenders like Eman, Atai, Babucarr and Kenneth anchor the shift with genuine warmth, remembering room numbers and usual orders for returning guests. Pool drinks are delivered to loungers when the bar is quiet and fetched from the counter directly during peak afternoon. Baywatch is at its best in the cooler months between October and April, when the pool temperature is comfortable and a sundowner on a lounger is an actual pleasure rather than a heat-endurance exercise. Opening hours follow the pool, so plan accordingly for late-afternoon drinks.
