Bahari Bar & Grill sits directly on the beach at Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort, a seafood-forward restaurant and beach bar with the Gulf as its immediate view. The daytime rhythm is poolside and loungers: fresh coconuts, smoothies, shawarma, and cocktails delivered to sunbeds without fuss. At dusk the tables are set with candles and big bulbs strung overhead, and the kitchen pivots towards longer dinners under the open sky. The food plays to its setting. The fish platter and grilled lobster are the signature orders, and a peppered steak with hand-cut fries is a dependable alternative for non-seafood eaters. Chef Suleiman runs a tight grill, portions are generous, and the bread basket that arrives first is a reliable favourite with returning guests. The sea-spray menu pairs well with a bottle of wine or champagne for anniversaries and birthdays, which the team regularly hosts with balloons and small touches arranged in advance. Service is where Bahari becomes memorable. Long-tenured hosts like Firda, Rahma, Fikri and Sabrina anchor the floor, recognising returning guests by room number and remembering their usual order. The pace is unhurried but attentive, and the overall tone is warm rather than polished. For a sunset dinner with waves audible under the conversation, Bahari is the most considered option on this stretch of Al Aqah.

Every day we were served a delicious fresh coconut and smoothie, and it was thanks to this restaurant that our time at the beach became so wonderful and unforgettable. Abradip was always there to help us, and he is truly an outstanding member of the team.

Dear Bahari Team, We made holidays the 6th time normally it’s the 8th time. Because of Corona we cancelled two times our bookings. This year we had also so many beautiful experiences in the Bahari Grill Restaurant like the last times. The best staff and the best organised Team from the Bahari Grill Restaurant, like Adarsh, Firda, Mira, Abidsar, Jayanth, Nandana, Fikri, Abhradip and Rahma were in our Stay in all the 16 Days always service-oriented, enthusiastic and very heartfelt. We were also very happy and so surprised that the spirit of this Hotel never changed. These points and many other ones are for my wife and me reasons more, to come one time more to the Miramar al Aqah Beach Resort Hotel again. We want to thank all the Team of Bahari Grill Restaurant for your support and your hospitality all the time. They were no seconds gone, we were unhappy one time. We traveled now the 6th time to the Miramar al Aqah Beach Resort Hotel. This year were also excellent like the last years having dinner a few times in the Bahari Grill Restaurant of this Hotel. And it is always like the last years a surprise and big pleasure to be served from the one of the most best, friendliest, service-oriented, loveliest and kindest staff of the Bahari Grill Restaurant. All the time in our vacation, during the day at the beach for serving us drinks and in the evening for dinner, was every time a special experience and pleasure. During our stay we ordered different meals as menus with the highest quality for the starter, main course and for the dessert. All in one, all the meals were delicious and excellent cooked by the chef cook Suleyman until the last fork. We were so delighted to be served and to forget our everyday life. The staff did a great and an unforgettable job every day. All of them such as Adarsh, Firda, Mira, Abidsar, Jayanth, Nandana, Fikri, Abhradip and Rahma belonging to the staff, who accompanied us day after day and were there for us, deserve the appreciative respect and the highest recognition. That cannot be paid for with any amount of money in this world. Thank you very much for your support and for your strength in our vacation.
