Alnouman is a Dibba-side favourite for Mediterranean and Levantine cooking, the kind of local-first restaurant that quietly accumulates regulars from both the emirate and weekenders making the drive over from Dubai. The menu spans Syrian classics, wide mezze, kilo grills, and a well-stocked fish counter with the day's catch prepared simply over charcoal. Complimentary starters appear unbidden on most tables, and house bread arrives warm.
The kitchen's sweet spot is its grill work. Meat comes off tender, fish is cooked through without being dry, and the mezze are fresh rather than heavy. Fatteh is a recommended starter and the kilo grills are the correct order for groups of three or more. Dessert is a proper ending rather than an afterthought; ask for the house suggestion.
Service moves quickly and warmly. The floor team, with Ayman and Imran often noted by guests, anchors the experience with considered recommendations and a welcoming tone that pulls many visitors back on their next trip east. Prices are sensible for the quality on the plate, which makes it a dependable choice for families, larger groups, and anyone looking for something beyond the resort dining rooms along the Al Aqah coast.

Our first time to this restaurant, Ayman took excellent care of us , offering his suggestions when need on which items on the menu where the best. Our food came out quickly, freshly prepared and delicious. Despite being from out of town we will definitely make the drive over to Alnouman restaurant again in the future.
