Vittori Palace Hotel and Residences cuts a grand silhouette on the outskirts of Riyadh, an Italianate facade fronting landscaped gardens, a banquet hall popular for weddings, and a mix of standard rooms, suites and longer-stay residences. Inside, rooms are generously sized and furnished in classic style, with a complimentary first-day minibar, underground parking and reliable Wi-Fi. The royal suites in particular are vast, and the garden courtyard is a genuine asset for a coffee or a quiet evening.
The trade-off is location and consistency. The setting is isolated, with little within walking distance, so a car or ride-hailing is essential for dining and sightseeing. An on-site restaurant and a Starbucks fill the gap for in-house meals, and the breakfast buffet is well-stocked. Service, however, runs hot and cold: banquet and garden teams draw consistent praise, while front-desk and housekeeping experiences vary, with slow turn-down service and thin English at reception flagged across multiple stays. The spa operates split-gender hours, with women's access limited to mornings - worth confirming at booking.
The hotel suits wedding parties, event guests, and travellers who prize space, gardens and grand public rooms over a central address or polished international service. Independent leisure visitors expecting concierge support and seamless front-of-house may find the experience uneven.

Really a five stars place and services. We had a wedding here and all arrangements with Miss Lamya was amazing. Dinner for guests was really delicious and organized well. We had couple of rooms and suites booked and all was really furnished well and so comfortable. The team in reception was so helpful and friendly and have the fastest response ever.

This is an odd hotel. It’s weirdly located in an area where there is nothing nearby. The service is awkward and uneven. For example, two of the four days I had to ask to have my room serviced, and on the other days the housekeepers showed up at 7:30 pm after I returned from work. Awkward! Each day, I received a different collection of towels. One day, I got a bath towel and bath mat. The next day, two bath towels. The following day a wash cloth and two hand towels. It was so weird it was comical. There was no chair for the desk, only an ottoman. As I was traveling on business, I needed to work in the evenings and this wasn’t particularly conducive. It did have an adequate number of electrical outlets, though. The on-site restaurant was acceptable, which I appreciated since there were no options nearby. It was a bit pricey, though, for what it was. The restaurant service was friendly but not particularly attentive, which was surprising given how few guests they had. Overall, it was a decent place to sleep but not my favorite. Definitely not somewhere you want to spend a lot of time. There are better choices of hotel in Riyadh.
