Seder Village Compound is a Western-style residential compound in Riyadh that opens part of its accommodation to short-stay visitors, offering a quieter, family-oriented alternative to a conventional hotel. Most business meetings around the city sit within a thirty to sixty minute drive, so the trade-off is clear: guests give up a central address in return for a secure, leafy environment with a residential rhythm.
Accommodation runs from compact motel-style rooms to two-bedroom apartments with full open-plan living areas, well-equipped kitchens, and gardens at the door. The motel rooms are clean and modern with comfortable beds and quick Wi-Fi, though showers can be tight and some of the older units feel slightly dated, with the occasional missing teaspoon or tea-towel that staff replace promptly. The apartments are the stronger pick for families or longer stays, and a handful of newer villas in the compound offer more contemporary finishes including king beds and fireplaces.
Facilities are the main draw and feel more like a country club than a hotel: three outdoor pools including a small one by the motel block and a larger family pool, a gym, sports hall, tennis and basketball courts, a teenagers' area, and a well-stocked supermarket. The on-site restaurant and lounge run a generous weekly menu with a Thursday-night open buffet that rotates by cuisine, and the kitchen is happy to cook off-menu when asked. Breakfast is included but kept simple, leaning continental or full English depending on the day.
Seder Village suits families on extended stays, professionals working long-term assignments, and travellers who value a calm, secure compound with strong sport and family amenities over a downtown location.

We stayed in Seder Motel whilst spending a few days in Riyadh. It was tranquil and peaceful; a welcome contrast to the city noise and busyness. Spotlessly clean apartment with living area and open plan well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a shower-room. The landscaped garden was immediately outside the door. Parking was nearby. There is a small pool by the apartments, plus a large family pool, tennis courts, gym, restaurant and lounge a 5 minute walk away. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. We would definitely recommend this and stay here again ourselves.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. We had an open plan living room and kitchen, roomy bedrooms and a shower room. It was beautifully clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The apartment looked out over a beautiful garden area with a small pool. The staff were polite and helpful. Air conditioning worked efficiently, with different units for each room. We had use of the facilities on Seder Compound: restaurant, family pool, gym etc. A lovely stay, would certainly recommend it.

Seder Village is a wester style compound where is possible to spend a relaxed period in a safe context. The village has three outdoor swimming pools and it is possible to play tennis, basketball and other activities in the gym.The breakfast is enough and it is possible to eat at the restaurant with a good choise during the week. On thursday evening the restaurant organize an open buffet dedicated each time to a different cuisine.
