Marriott Executive Apartments occupies a calm corner of the Diplomatic Quarter, the leafy, embassy-lined enclave on the western side of Riyadh. The address is the headline draw: stepping straight out onto Oud Square, walking distance to the DQ's parks and walking trails, and a short drive from the major malls and the King Fahd Road business spine. The setting is unusually peaceful for a capital-city hotel and well suited to longer corporate assignments and diplomatic visitors.
Accommodation runs to full one and two-bedroom apartments rather than rooms, with separate living and dining areas, in-unit laundry and proper kitchens. Furnishings are contemporary and the apartments are kept to a high standard, with attentive housekeeping replenishing essentials throughout longer stays. The executive lounge, available to eligible Bonvoy tiers and rate plans, anchors the social side of the property with evening drinks and snacks.
Food is a genuine strength. Goji handles dinner with rotating themed buffets - Indian one night, American barbecue the next - and a kitchen team that engages directly with the dining room. The breakfast spread is wide, freshly executed and runs late, and the in-house cafe is a credible spot for pastries and coffee. The spa is a quieter highlight, with a small but well-run treatment menu.
The property is best understood as a long-stay residence with hotel service rather than a transient luxury hotel. Travellers booking shorter stays should confirm specifics on arrival: breakfast inclusion, pool availability and lounge access have occasionally been miscommunicated at the booking stage, and front-desk follow-up on escalations can be inconsistent. For visitors who want space, a quiet base in the DQ and Marriott-tier service over a downtown address, it is the strongest choice in its segment.

The Marriott Diplomatic Quarter Executive Apartments is a great place to stay with a well trained, friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and filled with nice furnishings. The Gogi Restaurant’s food is top-notch and tasty. Maqsood and Sara do a great job of running the Gogi restaurant and taking care of the guests be they business people or families. The front desk is welcoming and staffed well, along with Nadia answering guest questions and concerns at the Guest Relations desk. I stayed here for three months and enjoyed everyday, ate well and slept well thanks to a great Riyadh hotel. Well Done Marriott!

This property is well located right near a major mall and convenient to just about everywhere. We had been traveling for quite a while and were very pleased with our room and all facilities. We were really in need of doing personal laundry and since our apartment had a machine it was very convenient and easy to do our washing and have clean clothes for the next segment of our trip. The hospitality and friendliness of the Hotel team was impressive. Nadee and Sagarw on the front desk were very helpful with check-in, check out and answering all questions that we had.We really enjoyed the café for breakfast and were treated ever so well and enjoyed the baked goods, coffee and tea both mornings. All and all a very good stay.
