Myrtle Hotel sits in Al Sahafa, a fast-developing residential and commercial pocket in northern Riyadh that has become a magnet for new mid-scale openings. Rooms are generously proportioned and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and the modern fittings expected at this tier; upper-floor suites pull in long city views that justify the rate jump. The on-site restaurant and coffee offering are stronger than typical for the category, and the lobby reads as a deliberate design statement rather than the usual chain template.
The property is still settling in, and a few rough edges show. Breakfast can run thin on selection if you arrive late in the service, in-room amenity replenishment is inconsistent on longer stays, and ongoing construction in the surrounding blocks brings predictable noise during the day. For shorter business trips that lean on a quiet, comfortable room and a solid morning coffee, Myrtle delivers; guests planning extended stays should request a higher floor and confirm housekeeping cadence at check-in.

Room is pretty decent, nice pillows. But worst room service I have ever experienced. Stayed for more than a week and they do not change toiletries. Ran out of tissues on the third day and I had to buy my own box of tissues. Also, their in-room dining menu is always not available. And really bad wifi, had called several times and they couldn’t fix it.

It was a great stayVery excellent service, especially the restaurant and coffee, very high quality. The suite has an amazing view of the city. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel.

The room was fine, and big, no safe, but everything else you need. The breakfast wasn't very good and most of the stuff was out of stock by 9:30am. Unfortunately there is constant construction work on all sides day and night.
