Central location for visiting different tourist sites with a modern lobby and helpful staff. The room was spacious although rundown and old. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Arab and Western foods.

I usually try to find something positive to say about a place, but with this hotel it is almost impossible. If there was something good to say I think that going out of business would be the kindest thing. Everything is below any standard, but especially the service level of this hotel deserves the mention of being just horrible. Some daily picks: sound insulation is not available, non-smoking rooms are smelling of tobacco, A/C is making the loudest possible noise and the bedbugs are making attacks. Then you try to change rooms and the personnel inform that they will transfer the luggage to another room during a days absence and you arrive late in the evening just to notice that nothing has happened… On top of that when you get out of the shower naked a guy steps in with his luggage saying that he has a reservation for the same room.

rooms are dirty, old, smelly, noisy. Staff is very rude very impolite very s.t.u.p.i.d. Person in breakfast room coughs on your food and in buffet. Reception very rude and stupid. Bellboy name sombol is the slow very rude impolite. He shouts at customers he frowns to them. He does not want to work. He comes like.forced to work. He does not carry the bags. I d i o t . If you like staff to be rude and not respect you , have cockroaches in the room, hear noises all the time, bell boy shouts at you then this garbage hotel is the place. There are plenty other hotels that are cheap and more clean and respectful than this piece of garbage . Dirtiest hotel in Olaya. S. H. I. T. T. Y. Like the persons working there. Garbage piece.
