Executives Hotel Kafd is a modern business address built for visitors with work in the King Abdullah Financial District. The setting is purpose-driven rather than scenic: KAFD's towers are visible from the upper floors, but the busy ring road separates the hotel from walkable amenities, and downtown Riyadh is a fifteen to twenty minute drive away. Taxis don't pass by frequently, so booking cars in advance is the smoother way to move around. For travellers meeting financial-sector clients or attending conferences in the district, the location pays off; for leisure stays, it is less convenient.
Rooms are the property's clearest strength. Standard Kings are large by international standards, with firm mattresses, a choice of pillows, generous work desks, in-room kettles, mini-fridges, and clean modern finishes. Bathrooms are spacious and shower-only, with strong water pressure and a walk-in design. Sound insulation is good even on the road-facing side. Be specific at booking about a non-smoking room and confirm again at check-in, as the smoking and non-smoking inventory occasionally gets crossed.
Service is friendly and attentive at the front desk, with housekeeping and laundry consistently quick and reliable. The breakfast buffet covers Middle Eastern, international hot, and made-to-order omelette stations, although the bakery and coffee selections are pedestrian and the spread leans more functional than indulgent. Dinner can be limited: at times the all-day restaurant runs reduced hours, leaving room service or a short trip out as the evening options. The basement gym is genuinely well-equipped and the indoor pool, jacuzzi, and sauna add value, but pool and sauna access is gendered with restrictive women-only windows, which is worth checking before booking if facilities matter.
Best suited to business travellers and conference delegates with KAFD-area meetings who want spacious modern rooms and dependable basics, and are comfortable arranging their own transport. Families and leisure visitors looking for a walkable neighbourhood or a full evening dining offer will find better-fit options elsewhere in the city.

Stayed here for a business trip from Saturday night till Thursday morning, the bed is comfortable the room was clean and the staff are really helpful, express check in, the only comment I have is about the breakfast even though there is a lot of options but the quality could be a lot better, especially for the bakery section and the hot drinks, all in all would stay here again.Cheers

One of the better hotels I have stayed in the middle class hotel range in Riyadh. The location is close to the Financial district. The rooms are good, dining and breakfast facilities are good. The gym is one of the best I have seen in Saudi. Like every hotel in the region, please be aware there are smokers and non-smoking rooms. Make sure you clearly state when you make a reservation which category you like. Also when checking in, be persistent on this choice because they easily get it wrong :-).
