I frequently travel to Riyadh for business and often prefer staying at Furnished Apartments (as I mostly stay only for a night). This time I was traveling with some colleagues and due to time pressure I had to select something that was available online. So while searching a property close the place I had the meeting at, I came across this property.I had booked 5 rooms in it and upon arrival they were ready to receive us. The Check-In process was a bit slow but I had no complaints about it. We were given rooms on the ground floor.The structure of the property was a bit odd as they had rooms on the ground floor and large part of the floor was occupied by the lousy restaurant but a good looking lobby.The room was most surprising. Very comfortable and cozy and elegantly decorated. It had a small living room along with a kitchenette. The bedroom was good in size and comfort.Service at the hotel was rather mediocre and so was the breakfast. It wasn't worth even mentioning.All in all, it was a good hotel with great price and I would be happy to stay there again should I need to.

Good location north of Riyadh, clean comfortable room with sitting area and small kitchenette, friendly reception and helpful personal, reasonable price would recommend it for family and friends when they are visiting Riyadh

As a family with two kids, we stayed at this hotel apartments for one night. The hotel is clean, the staff know how to take care of their customers, the rooms are spacious and quiet. The staff quickly responded to our needs and they were very helpful.The room comes with breakfast, its OK, but it could be improved.A big thank you for all the staff, and see you soon.
