Brzeen Hotel is a small suite-style property pitched squarely at medical and academic visitors, sitting close to King Saud University, the Eye Specialist Hospital and a handful of clinics that drive most of its bookings. Rooms are generously sized one-bedroom suites with a separate living area - useful for longer professional stays - and the building reads neat and tidy throughout. Television offers free-to-air channels only, and Wi-Fi access is handled via daily coupons rather than a persistent in-room login.
Facilities are limited and the surrounding block is residential rather than buzzy: a Turkish restaurant, a pizza spot and a few small shops round out the immediate options, and taxis are readily available for trips into central Riyadh. Breakfast is included on most rates and is straightforward rather than elaborate, and the on-site food service generally underwhelms - guests planning more than a quick bite will want to look beyond the hotel. Service is uneven: front-of-house can be courteous and helpful, but housekeeping and amenity replenishment have drawn repeated complaints around towels, room turn-downs and basic in-room kit.
The hotel suits patients, accompanying family members, and business or conference guests with appointments at nearby hospitals and the university who prioritise apartment-style space and proximity over polish. Travellers seeking a leisure stay or a contemporary, full-service hotel will find better matches elsewhere in Riyadh.

Hotel is clean and neat. Reception people were friendly and helpful. I have tried food service once and it was far below expectation. In summary, if you are looking for clean place to stay this should be on top of your options, especially if you have buisuness in KSU or nearby businesses. If you are looking for luxurious hotel, look somewhere else.

I use to have my breakfast there, it is OK also. The suite rooms are big and nice. Only free to air channels are available in the rooms. The internet is free, but need to get the coupon always as the coupon is only for a day.The food option are only few around the hotel, there is pizza in and one turkey restaurant for food.Hope this information helps.
