My friends and I had our weekend staycation at Al Batha and we stayed at Al Oroba Hotel.We checked in a bit late already since we all came direct from our different works. We were surprised to know that we are allowed to stay until 3:30 the following day. The place is ok except at the outside area near the hotel entrance facing Al Batha road as the garbage were all over the place.The hotel is very accessible as it's walking distance to the Manila market. The bathroom is very spacious which could have been better if there's a bath tub. The bed is also ok. There was no English channel on the TV. The three-single bed room has only one slipper on the CR and only one towel as well. We have to request additional towels which were accommodated as well by the hotel staffs.But over all, the place is ok for such a cheap rate.

Advantage:- the payment is cheaper-the location is good in terms of travelling in the city-the parking safety is good-the staffs are friendlyDisadvantage:-the given address in Google is wrong (we had experienced it using GPS)-the room is not cleaned, the table and a/c is dusty, the bathroom is still with stool (not yet flushed)-the parking is hard to find
