Description
A long-running Lebanese restaurant on the Umm Al Quwain waterfront, this is a destination best known for its Friday brunch: a rolling parade of mezze, grilled meats, fresh fruit and classic desserts, soundtracked by a live oriental band and a belly dancer who threads through the room between courses. The atmosphere is closer to a lively Beirut hall than a tucked-away hotel dining room, and the crowd skews toward groups, families and the Lebanese community making the drive up from Dubai.
The à la carte menu rewards classic ordering: hummus, mutabbal, tabbouleh, fattoush, fried kebbeh and cheese rolls open the meal, followed by generous mixed grills and shish tawook. Complimentary fruit platters and small sweet parcels arrive at the close of the meal, and the open bar on brunch days is a significant part of the value proposition. Prices sit meaningfully below the equivalent brunch closer to Dubai, which is the main reason regulars plan their weekends around it.
Reservations are sensible for brunch and essential around holidays, when the room can feel tightly packed as the band hits full volume. The sea view is more window glimpse than terrace setting, and service moves at the pace of a busy kitchen rather than a refined one. Come for the room, the music and the cooking, and the rest follows.

It is probably the most restaurant in the world, where you get value for your money (on Friday's Brunch). Incredible non-stop flow of delicious Lebanese food and beverage, excellent starters, amazing grills and very delicious desserts. This is accopanied by a nice band, singer and belly dancer. And guess what, you pay like forty US dollars per head. Very highly recommended for UAE visitors.

Amazing Friday brunch with live band, singer and belly dancer for the third of what would you will pay if you were in Dubai and all inclusive but Shisha is additional. Great Food, average service but fantastic value for money. Not your typical place to bring kids and infants but yet you will see them there at this almost bursting restaurant with close to non space between tables. If you are a fan of laud good arabic music and not a claustrophobic it will feel like home. Value Service Food Atmosphere Review collected in partnership with this restaurant
