Sikkat Beirut brings a modern Levantine restaurant to an emirate still short on dedicated Lebanese dining. The interiors draw on a classic railway-station theme, with timber doors, mounted artwork and a handful of private cabins that suit families and quieter groups. A separate shisha lounge and an outdoor terrace with clear partitions extend the space, and the team is geared toward the Arabic family trade that makes up most of the weekend crowd. The kitchen handles the core Lebanese repertoire with confidence: muhammara and moutabel from the cold mezze section, fattoush generous with sumac and molasses, sambousek meat rolls on the hot side, and a mixed grill that delivers well-seared lamb chops, shish taouk and kafta alongside fresh flatbread. The house Sikka burger is a deliberate crossover dish, and the knafeh with a vermicelli top arrives with the syrup served on the side so diners can adjust the sweetness to taste. Prices land a little above what the emirate's average spend would suggest, and the pace during peak hours can run slow. Even so, it is the most ambitious Lebanese option within Umm Al Quwain's city limits, and the private-cabin seating makes it a comfortable pick for longer family meals.
