It's my 1st time to visit their restaurant to eat one of the best dishes they have the grilled squid. My friends would always bring me grilled squid everytime they would drop by in Umm al Quwain. So I went there today to have our dinner so I can dine in and have my favorite dish. Sadly, after 1hr and 30min drive to their restaurant the much a waited dish that I have been waiting for was served and I was so disappointed, fist of all there was a big size of wax paper or plastic like texture in the squid don't know where it came from how it end up in my squid, secondly taste was not the same as I've remembered and lastly how the manager insisted it was an onion skin just to resolve the issue and everything's alright so after that I complained to the staff and manager and have a huge doubt how clean and how attentive the kitchen staff are in the dishes or food that they prepare and food that they serve. I lost my appetite after this and end up leaving their restaurant disappointed and I felt that safety and hygiene wise my rating for this restaurant is beyond poor rating to me. But I would like to say the staff tried their best to resolve the issue but I just don't trust anything that's coming out from their kitchen anymore. And manager was so unprofessional for insisting that it was an onion skin, for the love of God, trying to convince us its onion skin which I know and he knows it's not. But still paid for my bill.
