Okura Seoul Galbi sits in the basement of the Acacia Hotel in central Ras Al Khaimah, one of the few dedicated Korean-Japanese fusion restaurants in the emirate. The room is unfussy - compact seating, tabletop grill plates for the Korean BBQ service, and electric call bells at each table - and the atmosphere is low-key rather than polished, with an emphasis on feeding guests well rather than curating a scene. The menu stretches across Korean BBQ (galbi, bulgogi, marinated short ribs), Japanese sushi and sashimi, and a few Korean-Japanese fusion options like seared tuna with avocado. The Korean side is the stronger of the two - short ribs and baby octopus are standouts - while the sushi is best treated as casual rather than as a sushi-bar experience. Portion sizes are genuinely generous; starters alone can feed a table. An all-you-can-eat option runs Thursday through Saturday with and without alcohol, at pricing noticeably below the resort norm. Service is mixed - attentive and helpful when the room is busy, occasionally patchy when quiet, with some communication gaps on the floor. Parking is easy at the hotel, and bookings are recommended given how few Asian restaurants operate in the area. For a casual Korean BBQ dinner or a good-value all-you-can-eat session in the city centre, it's among the more credible options.
