The dining room is spacious and genuinely elegant for a mall address, with generous table spacing and clean finishes that sit a step above the competition in the same bracket. The kitchen works a pan-Indian menu with a broader regional reach than most of the city's Indian options. Tandoor-led starters - kebabs, tikkas and naan varieties - anchor the order, biryanis are well-layered and properly spiced, and the curry list pulls from the north as well as a handful of southern and Goan specialities (the Murgh Xacutti is a notable pick). Spice levels are adjusted to request, portion sizes are substantial, and the menu itself is an unusually handsome hardback that regulars have commented on. Service is hostess-led and personable. The floor team knows the menu in detail and guides first-timers through the regional picks, which is particularly useful for non-Indian guests. As with most restaurants inside malls, the atmosphere depends on how busy the mall is - weekend evenings have a better hum than quiet weekdays.
