NoHo Bar & Grill is the InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort's answer to a downtown dinner room - brass-accented, low-lit and styled after the trendier corners of New York, with an indoor bar and a flower-framed terrace overlooking the resort's lagoons. A live acoustic singer plays most evenings without dominating the room. The menu is a sharply edited steakhouse-led carte. Australian cuts are the headliner, served with quality sides and sauces, and the supporting cast of burgers, dynamite chicken and sharing platters is reliably good. The cocktail list takes mixology seriously; the wine book runs deep enough to build proper pairings. Portions are generous but pricing sits at the upper end of the resort's dining rotation, reflecting the ingredients rather than just the address. Service is a consistent strong point. The floor team is attentive without crowding and particularly good with families and celebration tables - birthdays and anniversaries arrive handled, not just acknowledged. It works equally well as a special-occasion dinner for in-house guests and as a destination meal for outside visitors; book the terrace in advance and plan for a long, unhurried evening.
