Vida Churascaria & Bar at Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Beach Resort is the city's Latin American-and-Caribbean outlier, a Brazilian-style rodizio with a view over the Strait of Hormuz. The room is warm and rhythmic - exposed timber, festoon lighting, a small stage that hosts live music across most evenings - and the terrace is the most atmospheric seat when the weather allows. The kitchen works the classical churrascaria format: rotating spits of rotisserie meats carved to the table, supplemented by a buffet of salads, sides and Latin accompaniments. Cuts are well marbled and properly rested, the grill team paces the service so guests can actually savour each round rather than racing through, and a set of sharing plates, ceviches and desserts fills the margins. Vegetarian and kids' options are accommodated without fuss. Service is warm and family-friendly, and the floor team has a reputation for handling anniversaries, birthdays and first-timers to the format with equal grace. Live music lifts the mood of the whole room without crowding out conversation. Shisha service is available on the terrace, which makes it worth noting for families preferring a smoke-free seat indoors. Horrible. This is the worst restaurant.. its like eating at a cafeteria!! The steaks are the cheapest cuts and very hard and not edible. The shrimps had all the poo, they were not even cleaned well. The dessert was apparently finished so they gave us a small scoop of OGLOO ice cream in a ramekin - disgusting.\n\nLets talk about the staff.. i made a reservation- at the time of reservation i mentioned i am celebrating my 35th birthday. Obviously they didn't even bother with anything! And when i was leaving i told the manager not only the food was like cafeteria but u didn't even bother to wish or do something about my birthday, so the manager obviously lied to me saying it was on the way.\n\nThe seating took 15mins, irrespective of the reservation. Once we ordered the food took 20-25 mins to start? And it was sooo slow, one cut came every 15mins, you loose ur appetite waiting.. there was cold rice n cold grilled vegetables served on the table- standards are just ridiculous.\n\nThe cuts were sizzling and they were splashing on my hands..\n\nThe worst meal i have ever eaten .. and i dont know how they have 4.8-5 rating.\n\nThe management of Hilton needs to change the staff and hire some decent hospitality experienced staff. They need to completely change the churrascaria experience - add more cuts or make the price aed 100!!\n\nI would never be so angry but it was my 35th birthday and Vida and the manager and the stuff have ruined it for me.

Excellence. We go there for a dinner with our 3 years old daughter. Such an excellent experience, beautifully cooked food, everything was more than tasty and the service was on point. Extremely friendly waiters. We would love to go there once again.
