Shore House is the all-day ocean-inspired restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach, pulled up against the water with horizon views across the Arabian Gulf. The room is light, coastal and unfussy - pale timbers, soft rope accents, white linen - with a terrace that's the clear seat of choice from mid-afternoon onward. The menu runs from a serious breakfast programme through to a polished dinner carte. Mornings are among the strongest on the resort strip, with live egg and pancake stations and a spread notably free of filler. Lunch is driven by a popular business set, and dinner leans seafood-forward - wagyu carpaccio and tuna tartare are consistent starter picks, mains of grilled catch are precisely done, and the raw and crudo section reads well. The cocktail programme supports a well-known weekend happy hour with half-price drinks and unlimited snacks until 10pm. Service is personable and the long-tenured team handles breakfast, lunch and dinner with the same poise. The caveat is weather-dependent: on damp or humid evenings the open terrace can feel less luxurious, so ask about conditions when booking dinner. For brunch, business lunches and early-evening happy hour, it's one of the strongest all-day rooms in the area.
