Friendly staff and excellent buffet. Buffet is really good. Every day different type of cuisine. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We will remember waiter Bala who took special care of us.

Excellent service and great variety of food. Very nice hotel restaurant with great variety of food and excellent service. Especially appreciated the support we received from Mr. Bala who took personal care of our family during our stay in the BAB hotel. Thank you so much and looking forward to meeting here again !

Seven Heights restaurant, Rixos Bab Al Bahr. The Seven Heights buffet restaurant, part of the Rixos Bab Al Bahr is one of the best hotel buffet restaurants we've ever been in. Normally, when we holiday we make a beeline for the a la carte restaurants for breakfast, lunch & dinner but everytime we come here, we always have breakfast & lunch here. Why?\nSimply because the food is good, better than many buffet restaurants but the real success is the people. They are just the nicest, friendliest, helpful team, who will get you anything you want. They take pride in their work and seemingly enjoy every minute which I imagine must be quite tough.\nThey are an amazing group of people but we have to single our Ibrahim, the restaurant manager, since we were introduced to him a few years ago, he has personally made sure that food wise, we have had an amazing time. He solves every problem and really takes care of us. He is so proud of what he does and his team clearly enjoy working with him.\nHe made us feel so special and we cannot thank him enough! We even took a group selfie on our last lunch, again smiles all around!!
