Fish Bone is the dedicated seafood speciality restaurant at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, part of the resort's curated à la carte dining roster. The room is set close to the water, the styling is softly nautical without leaning into theme-restaurant territory, and a live entertainment programme most evenings adds a dinner-and-show dimension that works particularly well for longer tables. The menu is seafood-forward and properly done. Grilled whole fish - sea bass in particular - is the signature, supported by a rotating catch of the day, classic crudo and ceviche starters, and a fried and grilled section with enough variety to build a full tasting across the table. The kitchen accommodates preferences on preparation and seasoning without fuss, and the sommelier-guided wine pairings cover the seafood-friendly bases. Access is important to understand: the restaurant operates within the resort's ultra-all-inclusive programme and non-resident guests need to pre-arrange entry, which can come with an entry fee, so call ahead if visiting from outside the property. For in-house guests it's the best seafood seat the resort offers, and the service team - warmly engaged, well-briefed on the menu - is named repeatedly in return feedback. Supervisor Ibrahim is very friendly and pays attention to all the details.\nBasirat & Min waiters can help you choose the best option for you, and they are also nice people's.\nThe food is amazing. Definitely not a la Carte - Eat elsewhere. Definitely not a la Carte. Very limited choice of dishes with no accompaniments, that’s right you get the fish dish and nothing else! No potatoes, veg or salad.\n\nThis restaurant is part of the Rixo’s hotel and is substandard and the service leaves a lot to be desired!\n\nWe left after having to partially clear our own table so the waiter could put the main course down and then left the remaining dirty dishes piled high!\n\nAwful\n\nDining date 10th October

Nerimane. We have traveled around the word starting from Europe , Asia and America but we haven’t met these people like at Fish Bone at Rixos Bab Al Bahr\nThe staff in general was amazing however I must mention Mr Depak ,Mr Halil and Mr Keneth they made us feel special. They are very polite and cooperative, and their customer service is beyond excellent.\nOur booking was an all-inclusive one. They have a wide variety of cuisines to choose from if you are going to dine at Fish Bone and all the other dining places at Rixos Bab Al Bahr .\nOverall, we had an amazing experience and would love to visit in the future.\n\nThank you Rixos Bab Al Bahr/ Fish Bone for great hospitality .
