The kitchen leads with prime cuts aged in-house, served with a personalised knife-and-salt selection that turns ordering into part of the ritual. Wagyu brisket and slow-braised lamb shank are consistent highlights, the seafood and plant-based options are treated with the same care, and the pavlova is a quiet favourite to close. The wine list is long and properly sommelier-guided. Service is the other reason the room is full on weekends.
