Set within the Waldorf Astoria at the far end of Palm Jumeirah, this intimate spa trades scale for polish. Marble-lined treatment rooms, a dedicated VIP couples suite with its own jacuzzi, sauna and steam, and a quiet relaxation lounge pouring herbal teas and dates form the backbone of the experience. Therapists are the real draw: the Balinese team handles deep tissue work with unusual precision, and signature rituals like the Moroccan hammam leave skin genuinely transformed.
Massages run the familiar spectrum of Swedish, deep tissue and aromatherapy, alongside oxygen facials and couple's packages that make generous use of the VIP suite. Requests for deeper pressure or targeted knot work are handled with skill, and small touches, warm greetings, personalised anniversary notes, a closing ceremony of tea and chocolates, lift the visit beyond routine pampering.
Two caveats are worth noting. The spa closes punctually, so guests hoping to linger in the facilities after a treatment may find themselves ushered out sooner than expected. A minority of visits also tip into soft-sell territory at checkout, with product recommendations layered onto an otherwise serene experience. Book early in the day and set expectations on timing, and the Waldorf delivers one of the more accomplished hotel spa visits on the Palm.

Visited this place twice recently. First time just use the Spa. It is a lovely little place that is intimate with small but good facilities. I had a full body massage on my second visit and have to say it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Afterwards I was offered a selection of teas and left to relax with some healing tea and dates! Worth every penny.

My friend and I used the entertainer earlier this week for a 75-min massage. The spa facilities are great - jacuzzi, water bed, steam, sauna, showers, etc. However, even though the spa was empty at the time there was not a single attendant around. For instance, we had to figure out ourselves how the jacuzzi is to be turned on. I guess I was expecting something luxurious from the Waldorf and the hotel didn't offer that experience. While booking, I was reminded three times that if we don't reach on time, they will reduce the length of the massage. They took the payment upfront even before we entered the facilities. The massage itself was average. They don't share any options for the massage oil, even when requested. You need to pay more if you want to change the oil. We finished at 8.30 and were offered tea, nuts and water. After that they just got busy in cleaning and emptying the place. At 8.50 there was no attendant in sight. I guess the staff's priority is leaving the premises and not taking care of guests. Don't think we'll be taking a trek to the Palm again for this massage. Loads of better options in the city!

Nice Hotel quite at the end of the palm. Although there is a very nice pool and an beautiful little beach section, I would not consider it as a resort type of hotel. Rooms are spacious, new, elegant and very clean. Stuff is very friendly
