THE WORST: Why would you bother when so many better options in Dubai Cons: 0 customer service. Could care less about new clients, or the overall customer experience. Equipment is average. This gym is about packing the facility to the brim, and overbooking the facility & classes. I left without a workout due to reasons above - terrible experience! Aaron & Caresa at the front made 0 effort and furthered the negative experience. Pros: they offer towels. That's it! Would I go again? NEVER - cancelled the rest of my bookings. There is nothing special about this facility. Other gyms you can try for a GOOD experience: NRG, Define (right underneath Tribe), fitness first, Gold's, basically any gym in Marina or JBR (even Rotana!)

Terrible service!!!! I made a complaint a couple months ago regarding at personal trainer at TribeFit, called Paul. He scammed me and then when I tried to contact him, he blocked me WhatsApp! I made a complaint to Tribe Fit and got an email from Sarah saying she would help out but never did! I tried contacting TribeFit again and again, and now no-one responds. My personal trainer left for the Philippines suddenly and told me he would get someone else to cover for my remaining 3 sessions. When no one other personal trainer was interested in completing my sessions, I asked Paul to do a refund and he confirmed. After that he blocked me on WhatsApp. I told Sarah the whole story and she never assisted me by getting my 3 sessions or even answering my phone call. SUCH A DISAPPOINTING GYM!!
