I planned this surprise for my girlfriend and I and let’s just say wow! The staff are super friendly, the place is clean, smells good and very relaxing. Went for a couples massage and would go back again!

Extremely rude disrespectful arrogant point of contact person on trying to book an appointment. Came to know about them through Groupon but was concerned and decided not to buy a voucher until I had verified or negated 2 of the reviews I read about what snobs they were about accepting Groupon vouchers- unfortunately my experience was absolutely awful and the reviews were confirmed. She was so extremely rude and told me I was lying about the reviews so I sent her screenshots to prove my point even though they had replied back to one of the bad reviews. I hope the owner is reading this because you need to fire the person who answered the WhatsApp I genuinely believe she is sabotaging your business and you would get far more customers if you put someone there who didn’t hate her job and potential clients. She is costing you a lot of money. The whole point of advertising on deals websites is so that you can show the best of your business to potential customers so that they COME BACK AGAIN!!! Needless to say I am thankful I checked out the reviews myself prior to buying the Groupon because I decided not to buy obviously based on your extremely rude unprofessional staff.
