Set inside Address Downtown with Burj Khalifa views just beyond the windows, The Spa presents a calm, earth-toned counterpoint to the hotel's landmark surroundings. Nine treatment rooms, a hammam, generous steam and sauna areas, a vitality pool and a spa-only swimming pool extend the experience into a genuine half-day rather than a single appointment. Welcome details set the tone from the start: jasmine-scented chilled towels, a choice of green tea or lemon water, plush beige robes and disposable slippers sized for actual feet.
The treatment menu leans on Thai massage technique (deep tissue, Swedish, wellbeing, foot and muscle focus), a proper hammam with loofah and black soap scrub, and Themae organic facials built around red, white, black and green tea infusions. Therapists are the through-line of praise: Gunya, Ratna, Ayu, Sangeeth, Jeevan, Arun, Tietie and Jira are requested repeatedly for precise pressure and intuitive work. Booking a longer ninety-minute or two-hour package unlocks the fuller ritual, including hammam-plus-massage sequences that land close to the signature spa experiences in the city.
Service around the treatment is generally warm and well-paced. The relaxation room, with dried fruit, lavender tea and a view over Downtown, is a rare one guests actually linger in. Not every interaction is equal: reception and membership handling has occasionally slipped with billing or access-policy confusion that has frustrated some guests, and pricing sits firmly at the upper end of the market. Booked early to make use of pool and wet facilities before treatment, it is one of the more polished hotel spa experiences in central Dubai.

Visited the spa for a massage with Ruth. It was wonderful and very relaxing. The staff are very helpful, Dawn looked after me in the lounge and all the staff are very calm and organized. As I was relaxing in the lounge after the treatment the spa manager Nadia passed by she was very caring and made me feel very welcomed she's just the best manager I have ever met. I really enjoyed my visit to the spa and will be back to try other treatments and therapists.

I have visit many Spa but this Spa is the best. The staffs were very professional starting from the receptionist till the time we left. I have start my day with very fresh welcome drink and warm welcome from the spa team, Then they guide me to the change room, which was really very clean. The locker had all what you need, Slippers, bathrobe and towels. After change my therapist came to escort me to the massage room. My therapist was very friendly, he is from Thailand. The 60 minutes relaxation massage was the best massage I had in Dubai. They have a selection of music in the massage room. I had closed the relaxing music and it was really great. The steam room was awesome and at the end i have spent 15 minutes in the relaxation room with a nice green tea. Really i would like to thank everyone there maybe i forgot the names but big five to you guys and thank you so much
