The layout across locations is deliberately screened from the shopfront, which matters for guests who prefer privacy during beauty services. The core offer is manicures and pedicures, with gel, acrylic, and BIAB options, plus eyebrow threading, waxing, lash work, a small hair programme, and on-chair back, neck, and shoulder massage that runs concurrently with nail services for guests who want to layer appointments. Consistency of technicians is the real draw for repeat guests. Mina, Annalyn, Malou, Raven, Ma, Trixie, Geetha (waxing and threading at the Ibn Battuta branch), and the massage therapist Sandra all have followings, and several regulars report manicures holding up noticeably longer than at comparable salons. Package pricing and membership promotions bring per-visit costs down for frequent visitors, and walk-in availability is often possible even on busy days. The scale-up of the brand has brought operational friction that guests should know about. The call centre sometimes logs appointment notes that do not reach the branch, creating mismatches on arrival; certain branches run noticeably hotter and more rushed than others; and some technicians are markedly stronger than others, making a named-request the sensible booking strategy. A handful of guests have had problems with cuticle work drawing blood, with hair-styling treatments going beyond the requested heat setting, or with package up-selling feeling aggressive. Gel removal and à la carte pricing can push a full mani-pedi north of 400 AED. A safe, experienced choice when booked with a known technician; less predictable as a blind walk-in.

It had been about 6 weeks since I had had a mani / pedi and I was starting to get a little desperate! I found Dubai Mall branch of The Nail Spa and was able to be taken straight in for a mani / pedi and back, neck, shoulder massage. These were all delivered concurrently which was interesting but very pleasant. The staff appear to be predominantly Filipino - they were all polite, friendly and very good at their jobs. Unlike most nail salons in the western world, the actual salon cannot be seen from the shopfront providing the degree of privacy necessary for middle eastern women to enjoy these services too. Clientele was a mix of expats and locals. A very pleasant environment and I thoroughly enjoyed everything. The price was about the same as I would have paid in Sydney, perhaps a little more expensive but I felt it was good value. You can book online via their website. I had a mani-pedi here and the service was really good. The therapists were very nice and professional and the did an excellent job with my hands and feet. I find that it is very good value for money, especially since the whole setting and decor is nice and relaxing.

I have been coming to The Nail Spa in Dubai Mall for more than 3years, since the first time that I have liked their 5star service and the cleanliness of the place I have never gone to other places. The staff at the reception are all good and very helpful, special mention to Trixie and May they have consistently been super nice . All the therapists are very good with what what they do, very professional and follows their set standards. The best and my one and only Therapist is Annalyn, from my first visit she has given me a very good service and ever since it is only her am booking for my manicure service she is the only one who can manage my cuticles and she already knows what I want. ( if she is on vacation Malou is attending to me - she is very good too ) The Nail Spa always come up with different promos every time i visit and it is really good coz they give good offers to the members. Well done to the Management of TNS Dubai Mall for having the best team ever. Thank you for your consistent 5star service too...
