Description
Talise Spa is the wellness arm of the Jumeirah group, with the Al Qasr and Burj Al Arab outposts among the most ambitious day-spa addresses in Dubai. The Al Qasr spa sits behind the hotel in a pocket of landscaped quiet, designed around heat and hydro journeys: infrared sauna, steam rooms, a snow room, and alternating hot and cold plunge pools threaded with an attention to detail that extends down to the robes, the lighting, and the sparkling mosaic above the indoor pool. Separate men's and women's areas keep the experience unhurried.
Treatments favour classic spa therapies: aromatherapy, deep-tissue, and signature massage, alongside body rituals, facials, and a nail menu built around natural products. Therapists take time to consult before each session, which pays off on targeted back and shoulder work. Guests looking for a wider holistic programme, including Ayurveda, may find the offering more conventional than some newer Dubai competitors, but the core massage work is consistently strong.
Amenities extend beyond the spa itself to a well-specified Technogym facility, Les Mills group classes, a healthy café, and a Reebok shop on site, making a half or full day here easy to plan. For a polished, genuinely transportive Dubai spa experience, Talise remains among the benchmarks.

My review is of the Spa- Talise Spa. Unlike the other Spas of the Talise franchise, this is more subtle and functional. They are not designed for a day-break, but for those who want a quick relaxation after a work-out etc. The amenities are very good typical to any spa- multiple plunge pools, sauna, steam etc. The therapist Chongchaui was very good with his technique. The views from the Spa are of the beach and is Ok.

Lovely place, spotlessly clean with everything going for it. The baby swimming classes with adult pool for a few lengths afterwards are absolutely excellent. Baby can almost swim after only a few visits!

We were staying at the hotel and thought we'd check The gym out as we wanted to go whilst we were away! It is AMAZING the equipment is awesome so many machines. You can use the gym and do Les Mills classes amongst other classes. There is a onsite reebok shop, a healthy cafe which serves amazing foods and all healthy! They provide towels water and fresh cold lemon face clothes. You can grab a free banana and apple as well. The view is awesome too. Serious out of this world gym wish we had one back home!!!
