This is a nice functional Spa, located in the roof-top of The Taj Hotel in Deira, Dubai. While it is not like the original Taj Jiva Spa, this is good for a relaxing massage. I highly recommend males to get a massage done by Biju, who is very good at his technique. There is no access given to the Pool with the massage that I booked via Groupon.

Fantastic! We booked for a massage. Had am amazing deep tissue massage in lush surroundings. The room itself was lovely, the service was great & the jacuzzi that we were allowed to use after the massage was heavenly. Can't wait to go back!

We booked a massage and facial at the Jiva Spa My wife and I was tired from a long trip from Bali We were excited On the morning of the appointment,the receptionist was unclear in her speaking and instructions She told us to go into the change room Showed us the lockers and left We had to figure out the sauna and steam room She rushed my wife and made her feel stressed After that we were made to sit outside the reception dressed in gowns in full view of people going into the restaurant Thereafter we were sent upstairs and waited on the room for assistance My massage was supposed to be for wrestlers with stretching and deep massage The guy did the stretching so lackadaisically that I did not feel any stretch and was expecting more His massage was sub standard and I did not feel any deep massage He told me he will do facial massage He only cursory rubbbed my face We booked for 90 minutes but it felt like 60 mins We were left to go into the lounge and then we "ran" to the change room and left My wife's facial was also done poorly Will not recommend this place Expected a good treatment as it is part of a great hotel 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎👎
