The nail floor is the consistent bright spot - Than in particular is the name to book for patient, meticulous manicure work in a tidy, well-kept room. The salon side of the operation is less uniform. Management rotates stylists between branches, which can make it hard to hold onto a preferred hairdresser, and haircut outcomes have run uneven. Best approached as a nail and beauty destination, with a named stylist requested upfront and the scope of any hair service confirmed carefully before scissors come out.

I went by myself as ayoung person and the first of. All got my clothes wet while washing my hair . Secondly left me for 5 minutes with wet hair while my hairdresser was eating ! She cut my hair and showed me how much she cut as I only wanted a TRIM but cut way more than that cutting more and more . She is drying my hair and tells me to wait while she dry somone else’s . Another lady dried my hair but realised she cut my hair extremely wonky so had to cut some more . After wanting a trim I left with wet clothes and almost 2 inches of hair cut .

The staff is lovely, but the management has no clue. They don’t understand that we like the same hairdresser for our blow dry, they keep moving her all over town and we cannot get an appointment in our own branch for days on end. It’s inconvenient and very wrong not to understand that you need the same lady you are used to. I say don’t bother!
