The service was simply amazing. I don't even know what a manipedi is, but the staff were incredible and communicated so efficiently. Called me back as promised and fitted her in at very short notice. They really went above and beyond to assist. Very friendly, I trust they are great with nails, and they reinstated my faith in customer service here in Dubai. Prices are also so competitive, I'd be baffled if you went anywhere else! Stay amazing Nail Atelier

It was my first visit at the salon. The staff were so friendly and professional at the same time. I had gelish mani-pedi and the work was so precise and neat. I loved my nails! I will definitely go back.

I visited the Nail Atelier Salon in Lamar Mall on Feb 14,2021. They did a horrible, not professional gel refill. After i came home , 3 nails broke!!! 2 of them just pilled off and 1 broke. She didnt use a proper primer , she didnt even clean under the nails from my old growth. After i called salon they refused to refund, they said they dont do refund. I asked them to send a technician to fix if i dont have any other choice, they said there is a minimum of AED 500 and a charge gor home service!!! I need to pay for them to come and fix what they could not do!!! The only thing they suggested was for me to go over to them again so that they can fix my nails, which I didn’t want to do as i already spen there 2 and half hours , saw they quality and second i have a 1 year old daughter and i cant leave her alone at home. They even went so far as to suggest me to bring my 1 year old daughter with me to the salon ( in this COVID time) to sit on my lap while they fo the nails. The management of the salon doesn’t care ablut the customers, they dont have manners , just read the google reviews and how many complaints they have from customers. If you want your money to be ripped off like mine, welcome to Nails Atelier Dubai.
