Mary Foot Spa is a long-running reflexology specialist with multiple branches across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ajman, built around focused foot work rather than the full menu of a destination spa. Sessions centre on acupressure-driven foot massage, with therapists trained in the Chinese and Thai traditions who work methodically through circulation and pressure points. Full-hour reflexology at around 200 dirhams sits among the better-value foot treatments in the city, and many appointments bundle shoulder, back, and stretching work into the final stretch.
The setting is deliberately unflashy: dimmed lighting, leather recliners, and a small-shop feel rather than a hotel-spa aesthetic. For guests who arrive expecting luxury surrounds, the plainer environment can disappoint; for those there for therapeutic work, it suits the purpose. The Mirdif and Wasl branches see the most loyal regulars, and walk-ins are typically accommodated.
Therapist skill is where the experience stands or falls, so asking for a senior therapist at booking is worth the effort. Guests with existing back or neck injuries should also flag limits clearly, as pressure-heavy techniques can be firmer than expected. For focused foot therapy at a fair price, the house style delivers.

My first time here with my husband , we had foot massage in one room , it's not that luxury spa but good for its money , the staff are friendly and lovely , they are professional as much as you can try in Thailand or China , I liked it and will go back .

I went to the Wasl Square branch. My foot masseur spoke very little English and it was hard to communicate with him during the foot massage. I mentioned that I had a bad back and I didn't want my legs pulled. One of his female colleagues translated this for him but he didn't seem to have any basic training or knowledge. He tractioned my back at the beginning of the massage and I told him to stop. He did the same towards the end, despite me saying "don't pull" and doing my best to address the situation. I should have just got up off the table and left. Unfortunately, just one or two wrong movements is enough to do your back in. I left the spa with an awful back spasm in my mid and lower back and have to see a physio today. NEVER AGAIN. Who would think that a simple foot massage would cause this much discomfort. Be very careful about going to this place, definitely not advised if you have any sort of injury and even if you're in perfect shape, having an untrained masseur/se can do a lot of damage.

I go to the mirdiff brach - my therapist is Nancy and she's amazing. Now don't go looking for luxury.. if you are this place isn't for you. If however, you are looking for healing then this is the place. I'm there at least once a month and it relaxes me and she pinpoints all my trouble areas. My advise: Make sure it's a chinese lady doing your massage and ask for the best ones.
