Disappointed with Lior spa service!NOT RECOMMEND! Came to work in Dubai and stayed at this hotel for a couple of days! I was pleased to spend my time in hotel , until I made an appointment in Spa Lior! I made a massage reservation in advance! PER 24 hours! But when i came there,administrator said that thet don’t have my reservation! Moreover, she began to be rude to me. I have canceled all my business meetings for spending time in Spa . This was my last day in the hotel. It just ruined my day! This spa doesn’t value other people's time at all and treats customers irresponsibly! I would like to say for the hotel. Choose the people you work with! The opinion about the time spent there remained not very positive.
