Worst hair cut I have ever had. I showed the lady stylist a photo and discussed what I wanted and the stylist did something completely different. Cut was uneven and completely ruined my hair. I went to another salon to try to have someone competent correct the cut but it was mostly beyond repair. Go somewhere else if you want a professional job.

I want to start by saying I have been to more salons in many different countries and this is one of the best I have ever been to. First from the decor, the client attention, and the service. I want to add that the entire salon experience was excellent and I also enjoyed the choices of music. My hair color was a bit botched from a different salon and getting the color exactly correct is much harder as a red head. Then to add to my experience they suggested a hair treatment that actually worked and truly made a difference. I would highly recommend checking this out for yourself and treat yourself to a great experience at this full service salon.

Terrible experience. Just don't go there. Don't believe good reviews!! +5 hrs for the guy who doesn't have a clue on how to deal with hair, trying to get a simple straightforward brown color on a short hair, around 3 of the 5 hours i had a super painful and burning process to my scalp, That ended up with: 1. Totally damaged Hair (of course i was assured that the coloring is safe for pregnant women and it will do no harm to my hair!) 2. A misrable terrible color (super light roots that will match my skin and brows color only if the moon turned blue, ununified color at all) that left me looking like a clown, unable to look at the mirror. Besides, and this is nothing, they have only hot water in their tapes to wash the hair! So i had a burnt scalp that is being washed with hot water, that the helper had to put soothing mint shampoo (they had already - guess they r used to this kind of accidents!) And had to pour cold drinking water to wash my hair. P.S. the salon knows my wedding is soon and i am testing the color. I choose a simple color specifically to keep it simple and uncomplicated. I am ending up in a dermatology clinic to fix my hair, And of course.. cannot color my hair again now, i have to wait and live with this sad color. Totally unprofessional. They apologised though, i loved the apology. I can wear it on my wedding instead of my hair.
