Set within the green corridors of Al Barari, Heart & Soul is one of the more thoughtfully conceived spas in Dubai. The surroundings do a lot of the work: treatment rooms and relaxation lounges look out onto dense planting, and the soundtrack of birdsong alone softens the transition from city to stillness. Men's and women's areas are separated, the lounges are light and uncrowded, and a cup of ginger-honey tea between treatments feels like a ritual rather than a flourish. The treatment menu is ambitious and genuinely distinctive. Signatures include the Himalayan salt hot-stone massage, a Six Hands protocol performed by three therapists in unison, a Moroccan honey hammam, traditional Thai massage delivered by a certified Thai therapist, and Ayurvedic coconut-oil head work. The therapist bench is strong across the board, and the low guest-to-space ratio means appointments never feel rushed. Booking ahead is wise; demand for the signature treatments routinely outstrips availability. One practical note: the hair salon side of the operation has drawn mixed feedback for appointment availability, so the spa treatments themselves remain the strongest reason to visit.
