In Guerlain Spa at One&Only The Palm we had the most amazing massages in our life. The therapists Dinna and Ravi were very professional anticipating all our needs, María the manager always with such original ideas to make the best experiencie, and everybody was nice & friendly. Looking forward to come back soon!

I went with my partner for couple treatment. everything was perfect from the moment I entered reception till I finished, Spa manager 'Maria' is very amazing and professional, made sure we felt at home. really friendly with a big smile, she even took out photos in the spa using our phones. Our therapists 'Padmini & Ring' were amazing, so professional, explained everything in details, helped us to choose the right oil. and gave us later our privacy in sauna. their skills exceeded my expectation, specially we're big fans of really good massages. and I really recommend this spa for every one, it's the best in Dubai so far.
