Visited the Spa on 18 Aug, place is clean, they have a welcoming staff, experience and professional therapist. Recommending them for people who want to relax after busy week.

Had a really bad experience with the massage. First of all the girls aren’t the same like the website. Obviously the girls on the website are models and way more gorgeous The receptionist Viktoria sweet talks a lot However post the massage when asked me how my massage was I was pretty honest that it was bad. It was more like an oil rub than a massage. A waste of 1 hour & 300 AED. I had booked a massage with a therapist named Elena however when the therapist arrived she wasn’t Elena nor did she look the same, she identified herself as Lana and when I questioned her about Elena she seemed confused and tried to pretend. Nevertheless, the important part was the massage which was completely terrible. Just pure body rub with oil, no knowledge of pressure points or any massage techniques and definitely lack of interest in the job, she seemed really unhappy and just showed it off in that one hour. Over that they say 500 AED but offer day time deals of 300Aed and sometimes they even offer 400 aed at night. So it’s just all over the place. My experience was bad but maybe another day might be good over here. Positives of the spa - it’s clean, in a great location and looks nice. Negatives- absolutely misses the plot of a good massage, once again just a body rub.
