Cleopatra's Spa & Wellness sits inside Wafi Mall's Pyramids complex and is one of Dubai's longest-running spa destinations, with a theatrical Egyptian-opulence fit-out that has aged into a character of its own. The menu spans Ayurvedic massage and Shirodhara, hammam rituals, the signature Cleopatra milk-and-honey body wrap, Lime and Ginger scrub, Elemis facials, Swedish and Balinese massage, pregnancy treatments, cupping therapy, manicures and pedicures. Facilities include an indoor pool, steam room, sauna, plunge pool, jacuzzi and a generous relaxation lounge with ginger tea, fruit and dates served after treatment.
The therapist team carries genuine depth on Ayurvedic and therapeutic work. Priya and Rekha are repeatedly singled out for deep, tension-releasing pregnancy, Ayurvedic and signature sessions, and the milk-and-honey body wrap with Juliet - which finishes on a warm-water heated bed under a leather-style wrap - remains one of the more distinctive rituals in Dubai. Front of house is warmly run, and the hammam and Lime-and-Ginger scrubs are good starting points for first-timers.
Two honest notes. The pressure calibration on the standard ladies' Swedish massage runs light by default, and a medium or firmer pressure sometimes routes into the Balinese or Ayurvedic menus instead, so confirming pressure and price at booking is worth the call. The decor is deliberately dramatic rather than freshly contemporary, and a few touches - upselling mid-treatment, inconsistent nail work on lighter menus, and package-included club-sandwich lunches - fall short of the rituals themselves. Treat Cleopatra's as a destination for body rituals, hammam and Ayurvedic work rather than a quick manicure stop, and it remains one of the city's more characterful spa visits.

I tried one of their new hammam treatment and was very satisfied with it. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable about the products being used for the treatments. This spa offers a very relaxing atmosphere and seems quite busy in the evening. After the treatment you may spend some time at the wet area.
