The scale is also the caveat. Busy periods mean real waits, the room can feel crowded, and the operational edges show: eyelash tints left too long, inconsistent front-desk communication, occasional billing or change disputes, and the odd cuticle nicked by a technician moving too fast. Happy-hour pricing and the no-appointment flexibility make this a practical choice for residents juggling tight schedules, and the breadth of services under one roof is genuinely hard to match elsewhere.
