While the massage was Good and relaxing, I booked a follow up appointment in person for a week later. When I went back they said they didn't have me on for that day and were fully booked. I left a feedback form asking for a call back and never got it. So while I have one more massage paid for to go, I won't be going back after that. Customer service matters. Dubai has a lot of good Spas and I recommend you try elsewhere

A well located spa with ample parking space. Customer service was very good. Very attentive and friendly staff. The whole place is decent and tranquil. The massage was good and relaxing. The only downside is that the steam room is quite a bit tight. Still a spa worth trying.

I was search for this place for a while and finally found it! I was really enjoying my Detoxifying warm herbal massage!!! In a middle of the city, no parking problems and plus a got 20% discount due to my ADCB card.
