I am very disappointed with my experience with 24hairdxb. Despite advertising 24/7 service and providing a phone number for round-the-clock availability, my call was handled very unprofessionally. The person who answered was extremely rude, unwilling to assist, and even asked me to call back at another time because he was "not available to talk." If you claim to offer 24/7 service, customers expect professionalism and assistance at any hour. This interaction reflects poorly on your credibility and customer service standards. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliability or professionalism.

Highly recommend!! Found them on google and desperately needed my hair n makeup done for an important meeting. They even kept a track of my flight and arrived on time to my hotel to ensure I would be styled in and ready for my morning meeting. Was so happy with the service, communication and final look. Will always use them when in Dubai!
